•Performance Background
With a BA degree in Classical Voice Performance, I am uniquely trained to be your source of calm during this exciting milestone. I project clearly, understand pacing with emotional resonance, and commit to my supporting role on 'stage' for your big day.
•Detailed Professional
By day, I am the Executive Assistant to a College President as well as a Notary Public. I am detail-oriented, organized, and a thoughtful communicator. Having spent years working closely with couples as a group coordinator at a hotel and wedding venue, I know exactly what goes on behind the scenes to make a wedding seamless.
•Family-Centered & Inclusive
Married for 8 years and a proud mama of two little boys (plus our beloved dog and cat), I deeply value family. I am a non-denominational officiant who holds the utmost respect for all views, and I am proudly LGBTQ+ inclusive. I believe everyone is worthy of self-identity and celebrating love exactly as they are.
On my own wedding day, our Justice of the Peace completely ghosted us. Thankfully, a family friend stepped in to save the day—but that moment of panic stayed with me. It inspired me to become an officiant who brings an extra level of care, communication, and dedication to every couple. When you book me, you are getting someone who guarantees your peace of mind.

Step 1: Vibe Check & Booking
First, we’ll meet up for a coffee or a quick video call. This is completely low-pressure—just a chance to ensure we "vibe" and share the same vision for your big day. If it’s a perfect match, you’ll lock in your date on my calendar by signing our digital contract and submitting your 50% non-refundable retainer.
Step 2: Logistics Deep Dive & Scripting (~3 Months Out)
Around three months before your wedding, we’ll do our deep-dive planning session (via video call or over a drink!). If you chose the Custom Storyteller package, this is where I interview you to unlock your unique love story. Afterward, I get to work writing and organizing your ceremony script, and we will collaborate on revisions until it feels exactly like you.
Step 3: Final Details & Balance (1 Month Out)
At the one-month mark, your final 50% balance is due. This is also when we officially "lock" the ceremony script text, review any final venue logistics, and make sure your bridal party details are set in stone so you can coast through your final wedding weeks stress-free.
Step 4: The Marriage License (Wedding Week)
During the week leading up to your wedding, you will pick up your physical marriage license from your local city or town clerk. Put it in a safe folder and designate a trusted family member or your coordinator to hand it directly to me the moment I arrive at the venue.
Step 5: The Big Day!
I arrive early to coordinate with your vendors for a seamless start. After officiating your ceremony, I take full responsibility for the legal paperwork—signing and executing the license, and mailing or hand-delivering it back to the town clerk within the required 9-day legal window.
Bonus:
Let me know if you need help notarizing your name-change documents!
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed digital contract are required to officially lock your date into my calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due one-month before your wedding day.
I always arrive early to coordinate with your vendors and ensure everything is set for a flawless start. Your booking includes a 30-minute grace window from your scheduled start time. A late fee of $50 per half-hour applies if the ceremony is delayed past 30 minutes.
Once you pull your marriage license from your local city or town clerk, you will bring it to the venue on your wedding day. After the ceremony, I take full responsibility for the paperwork. I will sign, legally execute, and hand-deliver or mail your license back to the town clerk within the required 9-day legal window.
I am legally authorized to perform weddings across all six New England states and New York. Please note that some states (such as New Hampshire and New York City) require specific out-of-state registration fees and processing times. Any state-mandated officiant registration fees will be added to the final invoice.
